National Logistics Cell (NLC) requires Services of Investment Consultants for its Islamabad based setup to provide consultancy services on contractual basis, Brief detail is as under:-
1- Job Description
a. Advising on all financial, corporate and Human Resource matters relating to Joint Ventures, strategic investments, SBU's of NLC.
b. Advise on restructuring of local and foreign joint ventures in order to make them viable and profitable.
c. Advise on monitoring of investment in stocks and shares.
d. Advise on new business opportunities and venues of investment.
e. Advising on disnvestment of stocks, strategic investments, land and stakes in joint ventures.

2. Qualification / Experience
a. CA/CMA/M.Com/MBA/MSc Economics & Finance with more than 30 years exp[erience of public practice or working in government / semi-government / private organizations on top positions.
b. A degree in Law would be an added qualification.
c. Possess demonstrated knowledge of financial/ investment issues, strategic planning, turnaround strategies, business processes and corporate matters.
