Application on prescribed forms from Pakistan Nationals are invited for the following positions.

Discipline agrommomy, Horticulture, soil & environmental science and agri. economics. |
Ph.D in the relevant field from HEC recognized university institution plus 10(ten) years teaching /research experience in HEC recognized university or a post graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization, plus 10 (ten) research publications(with at least 4 (four) Publications in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted Journals recognize by the HEC.
OR 5 (five) years post Ph.D teaching / research experience in HEC recognized university or a post graduate e institution or professional experience in the research publications ( with at least 4 (four) publications in the last 5 years) in internationally abstracted journals recognize by the HEC. |
| 2 | Assistant Professor under Tenure track System (TTS). One each in the discipline of Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil & Environmental Science, Agri. Economics Plant Protection, Rural Sociology and Rural Developments. | Ph.D degree in relevant field from HEC recognized institution with excellent communication and presentation skills. |
| 3 | Lecturer (BS-18) on regular basis
One each in the discipline of Mathematics, statistics, English, Pakistan studies, plant Breeding & & geneti cs, Human Nutrition, Rural Sociology and Rural Development. |

Ph.D in the relevant the from HEC recognized university / institution.
OR Master degree in the relevant field from HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in National or international college or 04 years professional experience in the relevant field in a National or international organization. |
| 5. | Lecturers on Contractual Basis one in the discipline of Marketing. | <!--[if !supportLists]-->i. <!--[endif]-->Master Degree (first Class) in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from HEC Recognied University / institution. The conditions of 3rd Division shall not be equivalent degree, but with only one 3rd division in the entire academic career.

| 6. | Assistant planning & Development Officer (BS-17) one post on regular Basis | First class MA (Economics) / Agri. Economics/MBA; Or 2nd Class MA (Economics)/ or a govt, department or in an autonomous organization. |
Instructions: - (1) the prescribed application forms are obtainable from meeting section of the university on production of bank receipt or Demand Draft for Rs. 1200/- the Application form could also be downloaded from the university website (www.aup.eeu.pk) and bank receipt or demand Draft must accompany the application.(2). Candidates already in service, should route their applications through proper channel (3). Applications with attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, medals/ distinction certificates and year-wise detailed marks certificates, experience certificates should reach the undersigned on or before 15.01.2012. The last date is 31.01.2012. for those who apply from abroad (4) incomplete applications or received after closing date will not be entertained (5). Separate application form must be submitted for each post. (6). No TA/DA shall be paid for attending test/ interview (7). Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. (8). University reserves the right, not to fill any or all post(s)
