The candidate in this position will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Desk, to maximize guest satisfaction and business levels and to carry out all duties in line with the Policies and Procedures of the Front Office department.
Profile • Must have at least 2 years experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Knowledge of OPERA Property Management System essential.
