Our Client, a large prestigious petroleum marketing corporation, wishes to appoint a Senior Marketing Professional as the Head of Marketing Supporting function. It seeks applications from dynamic & self-motivated professionals who are target driven, are able to transform strategic business goals in to action plans as well as possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. The functions & responsibilities of the job, qualifications & core competencies required for the same are as follows:

Job Profile:
As a member of the top level management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in support-marketing functions which include building of brand equity and corporate image, management of sales support activities and quality assurance in all product lines.

The Role and Responsibilities:
The position entails undertaking regular assessment of competitor's activities in the market with overseeing the market research, relationship management with key counterparts and stakeholders both with in and outside the company by providing operational and tactical input and advice to various committees, forums, and taskforces.
The positions responds to a wide range of clients with focus on strategy implementation and support in the development of new and existing products and relationships in order to facilitate sustained growth. With keen business acumen you should be able to demonstrate the ability to highlight commercial opportunities and implement initiatives to win business.
You will be expected to show strong financial acumen in relation with analyzing credit terms to diverse customer base and preparation of annual budget for the department.

Ideal Profile:
Ideally you possess MBA or Degree in Engineering, preferably a combination of both from a top tier national or international university. In addition, you will have extensive and progressive experience with at least 15 years in multifunctional roles with at least 5 years at a Senior Management Position in a similar function with large well reputed multinational and/or national organization. Experience in marketing of petroleum products and/or knowledge of oil industry will be an added advantage. Maximum age requirement for the position is 48 years.
