MANAGER RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT:
Qualification & Experience:
·        BSc Engg. (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) from recognized institute/university.
·        Possession of higher qualification will be an advantage.
·        Minimum 10 years of research and development innovative emerging technologies experience with a multinational organization.

Responsibilities:
·        Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
·        Responsible to manage highly professional research team.
·        Responsible for conducting research on significant aspects of Solar Technology, LED Technology and Coal based Power Generation.
·        Perform research based on objectives; maintain accurate records of progress made.
·        React to project adjustments and alternations promptly and efficiently.
·        Provide key strategic data to the Senior Management Team to assist decision making on the Program.

    Age limit 35 to 45 years.
