Senior Manager Medical Trainings & Quality Assurance (Male/Female)
Qualification: MBBS preferably with an MBA with 8-10 years experience of Senior Management Position preferably in Health Sector.
Responsible to provide management oversight to the Medical Team Development, Quality Assurance and Training functions. Execute initiatives to accelerate organization and team performance specifically in the afore-said areas.

Develop and improve guidelines, action plans, tools, models, training programs that build the capability of team. He/She should have good leadership, management skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills and should be computer literate, Willingness to travel inside and outside the country is essential.
